How do I get my products to you? 
If you live in the Greater London Area, Essex and Hertfordshire, I would be prepared to make a personal visit to your premises to pick up and return your prducts. Alternatively collection and pick up can be handled by courier which is charged at cost.

Are discounts available on your product photography services?
Yes, volume discounts are available where there is a sequence of similar products. (Please contact us for a no obligation quotation)

Can you also design my website?
Yes, aside from product photograhy, general photography and image editing services, I can provide you with high quality website design.

What size & resolution will my images be?
A standard photograph for use on a website is delivered to you at a resolution of 1000 x 1000 pixels. If you require a different resolution please let us know prior to the shoot so that we can deliver files that suit your requirements.

How and when do I have to pay for my images?
A non refundable 25% deposit is required before work commences. At various stages during the shoot, you will get to see test shots and same samples.  Once the shoot is completed, the balance payment is required, before all images are sent to you on a disc.
